    The recommended dosage for Soma is 250-350 mg for normal pain.

    Muscle stiffness or any other symptom which is not normal.
If you overdose: Soma is a prescribed drug but it is often abused for its sedative effects. The resultant symptoms include the following-
    Hallucinations
    Confusion at work
    Having trouble speaking, swallowing and even breathing
    Unusual facial expressions
    Irregular movement of eyeballs
    Frequent blinking
If you miss a dose: Regular intake of this medicine is a requisite to overcome muscle pain completely. The drug needs to be present in your body at all times to work properly. If you miss a dose, it might just stop working entirely. In such a case, you should consider having a talk with your doctor so as to take corrective measures.
