The Lasting Erectile Dysfunction Pill- Cialis

Why does a man have to go through erectile dysfunction? And how can it be treated with a little pill like Cialis?

These questions might be running through your mind if you are a victim of Impotence.

Although it is mostly common in men aged 40 to 70 years, erectile dysfunction can occur in men below 40 years as well. It is mostly due to our modern lifestyle that has affected one’s health immensely. However, with medical advancements, this condition can be reversed by getting a safe and effective treatment. It can be a surgery, support of an external device or simply an oral pill.
Doctors mostly prescribe an oral prescription pill like Cialis as it is a safe solution.

Before you buy Cialis for treating impotence, you must get an approval from a doctor. In fact, you should take this ED pill only if you are diagnosed with erectile dysfunction. Never take this medication for recreational purposes.
So, let’s get you through a detailed guide on how to take this medication for the best results.

What does Cialis do?

Active:  Tadalafil
Inactive:  Croscarmellose Sodium, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Hypromellose, Iron Oxide, Lactose Monohydrate, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Talc, Titanium Dioxide and Triacetin.

Cialis belongs to a class of erectile dysfunction medications called PDE5 inhibitors. It is used to treat the condition of impotence in men. Cialis can do so by increasing the blood flow to the penile nerve causing a sufficient erection for a physical intercourse.

The generic name of this medication is Tadalafil.  Under a different brand name, Tadalafil can also be used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and prostatic hyperplasia.

This medication was given approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2003. It is basically available in doses of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg.

The potential benefit of using this ED pill is that it comes in two different dosing forms. The lower doses can be used for daily dosing for a prescribed period. Cialis 20 mg and 10 mg doses are used for longer lasting effects that can last for up to 36 hours. These higher doses should not be used daily.

How does Cialis work?

Cialis 20 mg

Being a PDE5 inhibitor, Cialis can inhibit the production of an enzyme called PDE5 (phosphodiesterase type 5) which is mostly found in men with erectile dysfunction. This enzyme can break down the chemicals called cGMP (cyclic guanosine monophosphate) essential for relaxing the muscles around the penile blood vessels.

Along with sexual stimulation that releases nitric oxide, Cialis can stop the PDE5 enzyme from degrading the cGMP chemicals, hence, allowing the expansion of muscles around the blood vessels.
This lets the blood flow freely to the erectile tissue called corpus cavernosum and an erection is obtained.
