·         Sleep well- To live a healthy life it is very important for a person to sleep right. In an average, a person needs about 7 to 8 hours of sleep. It is when we sleep that our body heals and repairs itself that helps the person function better.

·         Control salt intake- we all love salty food. They tickle our taste buds differently. However make sure that you do not take too much of salt in your food. Doing so can affect the body by increasing the blood pressure of the person and also causes water retention in the body that leads to bloating.
